Led the end-to-end Patient Consult experience: I worked closely with PMs and engineers from day one to ensure that when people urgently need a doctor, the app doesn't get in their way.
Built Search 2.0 and Instant Consult: Overhauled the discovery experience to be smarter and faster. The result? We bumped consultation bookings by 7.5% and lifted new user conversions by 2.5%.
Supercharged our workflows: I cut my design iteration cycles down by 40% by weaving AI tools directly into my daily prototyping and ideation process.
Talked to actual humans: Dug deep into usability testing and behavioral data to hunt down exactly where patients were getting stuck, smoothing out those journeys.
Championed the Design System: Kept every pixel perfectly aligned by maintaining a rigorous, highly scalable component library in Figma.
